Q: Can I bring my pets to North Shore?
A: Bringing pets is subject to prior
approval. In addition, a fee of $40.00 per week or $8.00 per
day will apply. Owners are expected to clean up after their
pet and assume costs for any damage.
Q: Does North Shore Resort serve meals?
A: We no longer serve meals.
However, there are a number of restaurants in the area and we would
be happy to make a recommendation.
Q: Can I bring my own boat or motor?
A: Depending on availability, we
can upon request provide a boat (and motor at an additional charge) with each cottage.
Guests
are welcome to bring their own boat or motor.
Q: I can only stay for a few days.
Are cottages available on a day to day basis?
A: Cottages are typically rented on a weekly basis.
Based on availability, shorter stays with a three-day minimum may be
considered.
Q: Is North Shore open during deer hunting
season?
A: We are not open for deer hunting
season. We are open from mid-May until mid-October.
Q: Does North Shore accept credit cards?
A: Currently, we do not accept credit
cards.
Q: I would like to go canoeing on some of
the surrounding rivers. Does North Shore rent canoes for day
trips?
A: We do not rent canoes, or provide
any outfitting services. We recommend you contact
Sylvania Outfitters. They rent a variety of equipment and
offer pickup and delivery services.
